Direct Billing
As a courtesy to our patients, we do direct bill Blue Cross and TELUS Health (Canada Life, Group Health, Manulife, etc.) for both chiropractic and massage therapy. If for any reason the billing does not process, patients are responsible for making the payment and an official receipt will be provided for submission by the patient.
WCB
Injury claims involving a work-related incident begins with the employee reporting the work-related injury to the employer. The employee then has the option to chose a primary health care professional such as a chiropractor to direct care. These injury claims are directly billed to WCB.
SGI
Patients involved in a motor vehicle accident must report to SGI and receive a Personal Injury Claim number. A personal injury claim number is separate from receiving a Vehicle Claim number. Bring the assigned Personal Injury Claim number with you to your first appointment and SGI will be directly billed.
